In my neighborhood we have the most amazing buy nothing group! A handful of practical strangers gifted me with cuttings from their gardens last summer and I came across these beautiful leaves full and glorious hanging out of their pot. I took a photo and spent many many hours zenning out drawing them. Then I turned them into a repeat pattern and found a beautiful section of the pattern to feature in this piece!
